Online return authorizations are for repairs only. RTS (return to stock) are only available to authorized Rolls dealers over the phone.
The RA# must be on the outside of the box being returned in large black marker. Repairs will be delayed without it.
Please include a detailed description of the problem inside the return box. This is very important to help speed up the return process.

If your item is not under warranty we will contact you prior to repairing it with a repair quote. In most cases you will just receive the unit back repaired, but if you have an older unit or major repairs are needed you will be contacted with a quote for repairs before we proceed.
Repair time is only a few days. Most of the time is spent in transit (shipping).
Please be aware that some items are not repairable.
- Some items older than 10 years from manufacture date or when parts are not available.
- Items that have been misused or blown up.
- items that the repair charge exceeds the price of the unit.
All items will be returned with UPS shipping. Please make sure that you provide an address that UPS will deliver to before starting the return process.
All RA's are for the U.S. only (Alaska and Hawaii will have additional shipping charges please call for more information). If you are not in the U.S.A. do not use this form you must contact a distributor in your country. Do not under any circumstances send an item back without an RA#.
