1. Contact the representative in your area and get information and pricing.
2. Return the signed credit application to us.
3. Please include an opening order with the credit application.
4. Please understand and follow the terms and conditions on our price list. If paying with credit card there is a 3% credit card fee, credit card orders need all card information to us at time of order.
